the elfen lied extra eps explains why she not killed that one guy at teh start when she could fo easily. i liked it alot and would hope anyone that watch this anime watch teh extra one asap
So was that OVA preview just for the extra episode? Unfortunatly I cant get the preview to play on my home PC or Id see if the scenes match.

It's not related to Elfen Lied, but it uses Lilium as the backbone of the video. It's interesting to say the least.
It funny as I after watching Lilium on newgrounds i found about Elfen Lied and I liked it alot.
