Kakashi's case is just strange. Graduated at the age of 5 from the academy, and became a chuunin already at 6?!?!
This is the equivalent of someone as old as Konohamaru (probably even younger) being given the responsibilities of a chuunin... leading other people and such.
That's pretty crazy.
