true, and it is a relatively simple technique, which is prolly why kakashi was able to develop it easy enough. but like lee and gai were saying, only sharingan (and possibly byakugan) users could ever use the move effectively, since it requires a head-on dash to the enemy that leaves the person wide open to counters if he doesnt possess the eye ability to see it coming.....
therefore, you wouldnt see any character that doesnt possess an eye ability like sharingan ever using chidori

Someone once told me that Jiraiya's new technique is much more powerful than it first seems. The first time Jiraiya purposely made it weak so he wouldn't kill that other ninja. In reality the more chakra you put into the ball the more powerful it is, and after Naruto perfects it it is over 10 times more powerful than Sasuke's chidori. It's not meant for spinning the enemy, it's meant for damage. Spinning is only a side effect of forming the chakra ball. This jutsu=MASS DAMAGE

i voted for the 4th sealing technique...but i don't think it's just that. it's the summoning of the shinigami/death god. you'll die for sure...but the user will die too.
i was going to vote for jiraiya's frog's stomach summoning or whatever because itachi ran away...but i think if u got the death god by ur side (kind of), ur victory is already written.
Summoning no jutsu in my opinion is pretty good. especially if you sumon gamabunta or enma, king of monkeys.
because the thing is that, when you fight, while itachi mangekyou sharingan you, your summon would probably whoop him pretty hard in that 2 seconds when he was unaware of his surroundings.
The strongest attack has to be rock lee's gates, if he only opened up 8 he would surpase a kage in power and will do unbelieveable damage, even though killing him self doing it, but it is the most powerful!

I like Kakashi's ANBU Jutsu from volume 4. and Kakashi's Lightning Edge that Killed Haku.
I think whatever fire-attack that Itachi used to break free of Jiraya's frog prison is one of the strongest so far...
Acually I don't know about my favorite Jutsu i like 3 but I also like the sharigan Jutsu and Haku's Advanced Bloodline I think it was awesome in volume 3 and 4 I also liked Hatake Kakashi's Sharigan, Lightning edge and ANBU attacks.

if thats true then wouldn't that also apply to chidori... putting more chakra into it = more damage...

The ball went away in ep 86 and jiraiya didn't die or run out of chakra... And how would you know how strong this new move Naruto is learning compared to the Chidori when it's only been shown in 1 ep and it was a weak version of it... unless you have read teh manga which we are NOT discussing..
So far I think any illusionary technique e.g. Itachi, Naruto and so on and that can take the enemy by surprise or cause disillusionment in the heat of battle inhibiting their oponnent(s) ability to counter.

This quote seems to make me believe that Itachi wants Sasuke to be good, in the flashback of the Uchiha massacre, Itachi said that "he did it because he wanted to see how good he was"
Perhaps he wants to have a challenge, and knows that the only person that really has a chance of killing him would be Sasuke who shares the same bloodline limits as Itachi, he is trying to make the hate between them stronger, so that Sasuke will try harder to kill him, so he can have more of a challenge.

if he wants a challenge, the don't run awar from jiraiya. heck if he wants a challenge then just ask all the akastuki members to gang up on him.

For a non-suicidal jutsu, I'd say Jiraya's "suddenly you're in teh stomach of a frog" jutsu.
It almost killed two S-Class criminals.
But for the strongest jutsu period, definately the Fourth's sealing jutsu, its the only one that can defeat a demon as powerful as Kyuubi.

You have a point there, because it can defeat a powerfull enemy. My only question is when the Third hokage uses that jutso to oro. Oro survive with his hand damage. If an enemy is more powerful or have the same knowledge as oro, will the Fourth's sealing be enough to defeat that enemy.Quote:
