Black Bull, and if the other leaked stuff is real, this is pretty much fake ( noooh mewtwo), since zelda and sheik are supposed to be on the same icon together.

Though, this could also easily be a mockup the devs made in the development process, kinda like a milestone.( dont count on it though, there is like a 1% chance of it being that.)

There's much more recognizable f-zero villains than Black Bull....like Samurai Goroh (assist trophy) and that green alien thing....or even Blood Falcon.

But I say yours is fake, because if you look on top of his picture in the roster, you can't see a name, compared to the other characters in the roster. Which mean, it was edited. (Poorly)
