Seems identical to my uni's parking lot Ryll - this always happens there in winter.
That's why they need raised pylons to denote parking spaces and lanes... so snow can't obscure lines and people will follow the rules.
The parking space lines were not that obscured. Everyone else managed to park appropriately.
Maybe the one guy parked correctly, but everyone else parked incorrectly following the wrong example of some guy who parked incorrectly.

Isn't this dude's purpose to encourage the enemy to give away his position? So that this guy's friend can shoot the enemy. They used that tactic regularly during the WWII, and probably much earlier as well.Quote:
