Text is not good, and there's not enough contrast in the bg. Other than that its good.
Edit: itachi go to your layers window and click on make a new layer adjustment then go to contrast then mess with that.
@knives: I like the design and brushing, but I think it looks too pale.
@itachi: It's still too dark imo.

Question! How did you extract that little strand of hair on the left side.
Using the extract tool is the best for hair, but I always go back in with the history brush and repair what it messed up. But for any other part of the render I generally use the lasso tool to create a mask. Then brush on the mask to fix any fine details. Hope that helps.

Just as an FYI... to eliminate or at least reduce artifacts/pixelation/etc when resizing .gif images, increase the max colors to max prior to the resize and then reduce them back down. you will find that they look MUCH better that way

@Itachi: I like the colors you used but the text is kinda hard to see (not the one near the image). I'd make the outer glow bigger.
Does anyone know of any sites to get Tech Brushes? I didn't see any at DeviantArt and I tried GreyCobra to. I'm actually gonna do some PS work [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img].

it was part of the orginal image (if only i could that[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img])and then i brushed over it

i figured out how to do it, go to the smudge tool and change the strength to 50 or so and use any brush and start smudging change the size as well
