I just downloaded some chapters of Naruto from Inane's mirc channel (only because gotwoot series' page is down) and it came in RAR formmat. I have no idea what this is. Is there some kind of special manga viewer program i need? and where can i find it cause i already searcged for it but I couldnt find anything. Thanks.

its a must have, not everyone uses zip.
yes winrar will un-rar the files for you but if you want, you can try Cdisplay. It's a free app. that you can use to view manga without even having to unrar/unzip the files. I use it with inane's naruto releases and other manga that is rar'ed and it works fine. it's also good because it saves you some hd space if you dl a lot of manga or a really large archive because you wouldn't have to unzip the file/s
