dude, i don't want to be an ass, but easy stuff like this should be done by yourself. you obviously posted this without any researching, it's like you're too lazy to even look up irc on a search engine.

Dude I did search is and I have downloaded it but my friend told me to get the newer version but somehow i always get the old one

why would offical sites give u older versions if they came out with new ones 8)
