I was just noticing that Kakashi and Jiraiya seem to be familiar with each other. I mean, it could stem from any number of things, really. I mean, Jiraiya trained the 4th, who trained Kakashi. But the hair's the same and all, and then they're kinda linked through the book... It'd be interesting anyway, huh? [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img]

Oh, and I like the idea of half the village being bastard children of Jiraiya. So, who knows, maybe he is kakashi's dad.

who cares really, kakashi jst knows him cos kakashi is a jounin and jiriaya is also a high ranking ninja in konoha, corse they can confer about things. saying they might be related is jst stupid really, the only link they have is the dirty books. how sick would it be if you were reading a dirty book ur dad wrote...

I don't think we're certain of who did train Kakashi, though hints were dropped he knows Orochimaru.
Just what is Jiraiya's last name anyways, i bet we could find out immediately......

Well, it's just that every time I bring up a topic that I think worthy of speculation, you instantly shoot it down without any explanation why. I mean, you say it's not possible for Jiraiya to be Kakashi's dad, so that means you know one of two things: 1) Who Kakashi's father is, or 2) That Jiraiya is incapable of having children.
Do you know either of those things? The way you respond is always in the same rude manner. So then I asked if you you were saying that out of sage knowledge(aka. actually knowing something we don't) or just talking out your ass(which is what you usually do cause you can't help yourself).
Anyway, that's all.
Well, it's not uncommon in anime to have hidden family relations among all the characters. It's not limited to anime, either. I mean, soap operas, prime time shows such as "The X-Files"... It's all over the place. Besides, it almost fits, anyway. Kakashi ends up training Naruto(who many, including me, believe to be the 4th Hokage's son) in respect for his teacher, the 4th, so couldn't the 4th have done the same for his teacher, Jiraiya, and end up teaching Jiraiya's son, Kakashi?Quote:

Well Mut@t@ is a bit werid[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] , but hes pretty straight foward about answers and replys, unlike some people who drag on about something on and on and on, and it doesnt relate to teh subject. His attuitude could change, but i say Keep him the way he is and dont get on his case. I dont come to you and say, Hey why are u always nice?

1. i don't know who kakashi's father is.
2. i don't know if jiraiya is capable of having children.
3. if jiraiya and kakashi were related they would've shown both of them together more just like how they showed konohamaru and the 3rd.
4. jiraiya's and kakashi's hair are not the same. jiraiya's is long and white while kakashi's isn't long nor white.
5. the only reason why they're 'linked' through the same book is because they're also 'linked' through the 4th, who was jiraiya's student and kakashi's teacher.
6. if you come up with something that boggles my mind, i will put some deep thoughts into my posts. however, this was not the case.
