My Bt doesn't work

it says on the Error Message: Problem connecting to tracker- <urlopen (10060,'Operation times Out')>


i only get 0,1kbs or 00kbs


i wait 1day and it doesn't change



whats wrong ???

i have the same client, but that has never happened to me though
try going to the ACTION, scroll down to PREFERENCES, then click ADVANCE SETTINGS try changing some of the things their, but beware
if that doesnt work try global upload setting

i still dont know how to set it to download the fastest speed though, does anyone know?

already tried changing the settings at the advanced preferences.
what could be wrong with my setup?

i have one question though,
are the "LocalIP" and "IP to bind to" need to be set?
if so, need to be set with what value?
