Aparently it's Jam from Guilty Gear XX ... someone told me so i'm not sure though

i dunno, would like to find out though

its def a character from guilty gear X ( a platform fighting game...rocks btw)
I dont think they have produced a feature or series based on the game...most likely it is a cutscene from the game

i was gonna say street fighter......but close enough
