New anime?

Is there an english site anywhere that talks about upcoming new anime that will soon be released? If so could somone post the link, Thanks.

Subscribe to newtype, granted it's a month or two behind it keeps you ahead of the game in the us.

Is there a website that do a review for anime. I new this site animenfo.com that tell you what is the anime is all about, but they don't do a review.
