failing your local video store, rightstuf's page could work for your needs (just make sure if you want japanese audio and subs not to get the "D" editions, they are dub only).
I think dvd 3 is the last in the set. I don't really know though.
I don't think any fansubbers finished the series, because of the high profile crap that went down between animejunkies and urban vision, and because the series kinda started to blow.
