Odd Little Problem
I have my windows folder options set to enable web contents in folders. So, every time I click once on a media file...I get a little picture preview on the left. The problem comes in after I click. I click and about 5 seconds later, after the preview image loads, I get an explorer.exe error. Closing the folders I had open, and refreshing back to desktop.
Any idea what the problem could be?

If its a video file, you need to update to the newest version of XviD , i think

RE: Odd Little Problem
Just thought about something that could be doing this.
This happened to me when i had .ogm's or .mkv's in thumbnail view. It would crash explorer, because it went to each one and had to load like it was playing.
Are these .ogm's or .mkv files?
if thats the case, just make them tiles and don't mess with em.

RE: Odd Little Problem
.avi's
Thanks for the suggestions though. Guess I have to just deal with it.

RE: Odd Little Problem
I used to have this problem, it's nothing to do with the preview thing. It's a codec issue, something is conflicting somewhere. My guess is that you have too many codecs installed and they're crashing each other. Simply selecting the file in Explorer will make Explorer crash.
You need to uninstall all your codecs, and only install necessary ones, should only be about 3 seperate files.
