have you actually looked for sites that have the manga up for download? www.narutofan.com has all the chapters; it's pretty well-known ..... there's plenty of others out there as well if you just do a search on google or something.
and if you want as of this weekend (when we get our servers issue taken care of ) you can read the manga online at our site
