I'm trying to get my microphone for my comp to work but it doesn't work. Suppose if I were to go on AIM to talk. I would try to say something through my mic but nothing would happen. But when I play music from my computer they would hear that. I don't know whats wrong with it. Can anyone help me?

Nah, i really dont know, does it just happens when you try to talk through aim, or does it never work?
EDIT: I have finally found out the problem. I had to search through everything to find a new menu to enable the sound for the microphone because I just got a new soundcard. Thanks for helping Mondongo. Mod you can close thread.
