Open up your firewall, go to "Options" click on "Personal Firewall" or go to Personal Firewall options if you don't use a package like me =P
Then click on the "Advanced Options" button, and select the "Other" tab. Then click on "Add" and type in the port you wish to free up. This will tell Norton Firewall to let information pass through that port.
