if u mean the avatars which are the pics under ur name or the sigs which are under ur messages. the avatars usually people take pics from the anime or manga or any little pic. but the sig u have to make. if u dont know how ask someone in the fanart section. the people on this forum are real nice so u could ask tyhem to make u one.
to too your contros and then to "edit avatar"

Need a sig? Visit http://www.narutoex.com/ and go to the multimedia section. There are some nice looking sigs and you can use them if you just don't direct link them, and you must add a text like for example mines "Sig by: Raijin". moved to fanart. and the answer is, go to sigs under my controls, type alt g and put in the url
