Bittorrent

ok well this is semi-related to naruto, as i need bittorrent to download naruto.

anyway, does anyone know where to download the dittorrent, which allows you to alter and cap the upload speeds. so that your download more than upload.

Two clients you could try are:

Azureus
BT++

use the newest experimental one as far as i know its been the best one yet

I think the newest version (3.3) is the best. (Umm... At least I have nothing to whine about it.)
