Yeah I was thinking narcolepsy. Didn't really care much for Rebecca winning, but at least it wasn't due to conquerer's haki or something.

I wonder what Donflamingo meant when he said that Luffy would not leave as a "human?" Does that mean he knows that he is dressed as a fish or something more ominous?

I would hope those with Emperor's Haki would be immune to said Devil Fruit abilities.

I would hope not...that would mess up the subtle Rock Paper Scissors ground work that has been laid out to give certain abilities relevance. How badass was it when Mr. 3 stood up to Magellan?! That keeps things interesting.
