IAnimum Mutare - Chapter 31

Just some awesome dystopian setting with plenty of blood, death and gore centered around a badass protag with a harem building around him. Oh and there's super powers too.

This is a really good manga.

The protag isn't really bad ass. He is around middle level of his team, and that is at his current peak.

I wouldn't say Harem but I do think it's funny that the ultimate sadist is in love with him.

Of course Chelsea would fail. Akame will be her final opponent. But seriously...this is the first time I felt sad after the death of a 'villain' Rest in peace Bors.

This series really likes to milk the dramatic death scenes.

I'm pretty sure it'll be Tatsumi and Akame vs Esdese and Kurome at the end. At this point, it's just seem like the Prime Minister will betray/kill Esdese at some point after she loses to the Nightraid and then pull some typical big bad ultimate form. What would be an interesting twist is that the emperor is the true evil one all along and he was the one manipulating the prime minister.

38 is out. I'm going to miss 'Justice'. I enjoy how the series doesn't overtly take sides, even though the two parties are trying to kill each other, and one's benefactor is clearly portrayed as corrupt. The chapter end even teases 'Only 4 Jagers left!' like they are the main characters in a pinch. This would be well served to be animated down the line, probably in season format, as the chapters don't have much density of narrative.

Ding dong the bitch is gone.

I'm going to be sad when sniper girl dies.

I'm still sad Bors got killed off despite being a 'bad' guy.

He was creepy and deserved to die.

Chelsea's death was sad too. I really hate Kurome, so that is probably the reason.

Bors wasn't all that creepy. He kept a gasmask on all the time. That's it.

But the real psychopath dies. That girl deserved to die.

She had a fair run, thats for sure. Death flags are given out like door prizes up in here. Makes the guessing more entertaining.

I hope Tatsumi becomes a little more useful. So far, even with the powerful tool he has, he has managed to underwhelm a lot. Even his most recent win was due to luck (a building he can destroy and an opponent who cannot escape from that), and won't work against more powerful enemies.

It's the Gon complex, you're this incredibly gifted kid but they keep pairing you against incredibly gifted adults and you get shafted from lack of experience.

How old is Tatsumi anyway? He doesn't look that young, at least compared to the other characters, especially in the latest chapter.

Unknown, but most likely 16-18.

This manga isn't even trying to be subtle with the death flags anymore.
