That's because nothing did happen, it was just a chapter long setup for mizukage to use his ultimate shit.

Too bad the Tsuchikage didnt die. Would have been a great "twist".

MangaStream's translations seem to be getting shittier by the day, the phrasing felt so damn awkward...

Curious to know if there were other translations, specifically the last panel where the "jokey boy" phrase comes into play.

This is such pure shit. Don´t show us the dramatic death of a character if all that´s going to happen is a destroyed clone anyway. It´s the Sasuke-Itachi fight all over again :/
