on less creepy matters, won't the good luck charm that Ichigo's dad gave him be a better object for fullbring? or maybe the hollow mask?
on another note: seeing how creepy doll was already much larger than Ichigo, would further increasing it's size really be that bad? I think that rather than just make him big, she turned him into a hollow.
I think the charm was given back to his dad after Soul Society arc was over.
