There is:

3) A sudden mental irregularity in the mind of a mod or admin landing a user a custom title.

This option is a bit hard to count on, though, but a few odd custom titles out there prove it has happened in the past.

OVER 5000!!!

If I recall correctly it was going to be 2500 at first but then Complich lowered it to 1500. I have to note as well that nobody so far would have gained a custom title with rep points if it was 2500.

I believe that when Complic8 first implemented the system, where users could build up an astounding amount of rep and repping power. After all the changes, I'm pretty sure the final value is 1500pts.

I got one before for trading my Warcraft III serial keys to one of the mods. So strange methods do happen. But it was lost during the conversion to vBulletin. Then I earned it back through posting.
