Help: what Naruto volume / anime # is this scene from?

I used to be an avid Naruto watcher and manga reader, but I stopped roughly around Volume 27 and Anime #~100 or under, which is like 3+ years ago. I was recently browsing around and I saw this animated gif floating around, it caught my interest:

It seems to be an animated gif of the "Orochimaru Sasuke" vs Kakashi, I'd really like to check out this episode or read the manga to see what happened here. If any of you guys could point this out for me, i'd be grateful.

It's not from an episode/chapter.

It's from Naruto Accel 2, the PS2 Naruto game. It's one of Sasuke's Ougis.
