Sky Island Arc question

During the Sky Island arc in the anime, while Luffy and the rest of the crew were partying with these wolves in the woods with Gan Fall, in the middle of the night, Usopp wakes up to find a silhouette of someone repairing the ship. Do we ever find out who it was?

yes I think so. At least thats what I've heard.
