First of all, Detective Conan (Case Closed is the "dubbed name" if you will of the series) was licensed by Funimation, its just being broadcasted by Adult Swim. Second, you can get episodes of Detective Conan from these two fansubbers: Anime-Conan and KazaNoKoe Fansubs. Anime Conan has released up to episode 76 (starting from 1) and KNK Fansubs has started around episode 160 and jumped around from there (if you didn't know, Detective Conan is an extremely long series that is still going on in Japan).
