Where do I get new GSD eps?

Based on some of the other messages in the forum, it seems that GSD is still being released. I have up to 20, but haven't seen anything beyond that in the GotWoot Torrent section. Where do I go to get episodes 20+?

Also, does "raw released" imply that the eps are not subbed?
