I was just wondering if any of the following mangas were still being made:

Black Cat- I've got up to chapter 133 downloaded. I've searched some other sites but I can't get any information.

Pretty Face- I've heard that this was discontinued after chapter 52 but I just want to confirm it.

Elfen Lied- I haven't seen any site that had this past chapter 23. I know this was made into an anime, but I'm certain that this was finished. Is it available for download anywhere?

Black Cat is bieng made.

Akatsuki-manga realesed chap 130 and 131 couple of days ago so they will soon realese 133 +

Here is chap 134 for BC with a good quality.

Pretty Face and Black Cat are both being done, it's just that Akatsuki-Manga have been really really slow, but as Hakeem said they released 131 of Black Cat the other day, Pretty Face is only upto 47 by Akatsuki-Manga. I've heard that the manga was kind of just stopped, no real good ending or something, well what I've heard from people who've read the raw that is.

Deblas, the chapters only go up to 21. I hope you realize that I was talking about the manga. But thanks for your help. Hakeem and kai as well.

Black Cat has another group doing it now

Manga-Heaven, and they started at 134, a little ahead of Akatsuki Manga, and where Chronos' Time Guardians last chapter was released.
