ICON HELP!

hey all! i just registered, and i can't load my icon that i want! it's under the 60x60 limit and its a .gif file and it's under 100kb, and yet it won't load! WHAT"S WIT DAT?!?!? i'm on a mac, but i doubt that has anything to do with it. can ya help me?
