According to Nipponsei it isn't out yet, and I heard if you bother them on their channel about it they'll ban you.

I was watching episode 32 (while downloading the OST), and the part where Renji begs Ichigo to save Rukia, that track played, and I was saying, "I hope this makes the soundtrack. I doubt it though."

I'm actually surprised that this is a pretty good OST. I knew there were some good tracks, but I kind of didn't expect much from it.
