I was wondering wethere this really works or not?

I would highly recomment not trying it. You're gonna spyware-dose your computer into oblivion, which isn't going to help speeds at all.

You have to realize that while your client settings can greatly affect your download speeds, there's nothing special that the clients don't do that would make a functioning torrent client work better.

If you're having trouble with slow downloads, you're better off making sure you've got your connection and your client configured correctly. You also should consider running your client on a non-default port (ie: not 6881-6999), because many isp's are now lowering priority, capping, or occasionally just just outright blocking that port range.
