If anyone has a downloading software and they can find this program, sometimes its called BFS. Its a weightlifting program that ive been looking for but can't find. If someone can find this and has a way then can send it to me it would be GREATLY appreciated, thanks.

just outta curiosity krb, what exactly do u mean by wiehgtlifting program? like a workout timetable, what to do, what not to do, etc?

It's a program that you put in your maxes for every lift and then it gives you a weekly workout that you print out.
