i dont know if it is an error or something but when i request a pack it says "access denied, you must be in a known channel to request packs." or osmething along those lines anyone know what the problem is?

you have to be in the same channel as the person you are downloading from.
what are you trying to get, from where and who?

trying to get a manga volume from a bot. so does that mean the bot is shut down or something?

Are you using the right xdcc command? The command is: /msg <insert bot name> xdcc send #<insert pack number>. Its that command except the < >. If your using the right command, then its possible that the bot is down.

it's different on some bots NM, look out for that psj.
