I posted a similar topic a couple of months ago and had very few responses. Now that this forum is a little more active I though I'd try it again. These are the ones I follow:

1. Megatokyo (http://www.megatokyo.com/) , of course

2. Sluggy Freelance (http://www.sluggy.com/) , also very popular

3. Kagerou (http://www.electric-manga.com/) , I like this one a lot

4. Under Power (http://www.electric-manga.com/) , has a lot of violence and some nudity though, so rated NC-17 for you kids...

5. 8-Bit Theater (http://www.nuklearpower.com/) , very funny

6. Sinfest (http://www.sinfest.net/) , funny, cute

I also recently found this (http://bleedman.snafu-comics.com/) which is just plain odd.... Anyway, post your own links.

Odd? THE PPG Doujin is great! I love the artwork, it's really high quality, and the humor is good too.

Hmmm... your also missing MacHall (http://www.machall.com/)

Fixed your post, as you believed that 8-Bit Theater was called Nuklear Power (it's the host I think).

Ctrl+Alt+Del (http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/) is pretty nice too.
And Final Fantasy Excursions (http://finalfantasyexcursions.com/) is one I used to be addicted to.
Life of Wily (http://www.lifeofwily.com/) and Bob and George (http://bobandgeorge.com/) are 2 hilarious Mega Man sprite comics.

sexy losers is wrong! funny but oh so wrong
penny-arcade is cool very funny and cool, some jokes are funnier if your a gamer and get all the punchlines, since they have been around forever it takes a long time to get through the collection.
the powerpuff girls doujin is one of the best comics out there in terms of drawing the guy is awesome. decent story too but cause its meant as a play along it's very slow and the guy updates slowly but it's very fun and features alot of different nick and CN cartoons

VG Cats (http://www.vgcats.com/)

yes! this is definitely my favorite of the webcomics! Cracks me up.

Penny Arcade can be hilarious as well, but they too often miss or just go on tirades rather than have much humor in some of their strips.

talk about a thread revival...

I've recently become a huge fan of xkcd after Complich8 linked me to it in the Bitching Thread.

It's amazing that with just some good ideas, you can make a funny or insightful webcomic without much artistic talent.

The Perry Bible Fellowship (http://www.pbfcomics.com/)

Personally, I find this web comic absolutely brilliant. Although the strips may take a while to understand, they are usually well thought-out, incredibly creative and very funny, and it's updated weekly.

Also in case your wondering, no, this isn't a deeply religious web comic like the name might suggest.

Here are some examples :
