free web hosts for files

i need a place to host files up to 10 meg with a webspace of around 20-30 meg and a decent bandwidth something bigger than 100 is plenty. any help if any such thing exists?

Well there are site that have that kind of things, but.......They dont allow hotlinking and direct linking so i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif
