when i try to dl something i get a message saying
"Problem connecting to tracker - <urlopen error (10061, 'Connection refused')>"
Any ideas on what's going on?

When you get that error, what you should do is instead of clicking on the torrent normally (left-clicking), right click the torrent and go to Save As. Then choose the location of where you want the files to be, click save, and the torrent should work normally.

mm..i think you mean save target as, and that didnt work.

Most of the time, when people get an error, they do the Save Target As method. But since its not working in your case, my guess is that the Tracker is currently down.

iif your talking about gotwoot torrents? are there any? i haven't been there in ages, don't work

EDIT: never mind there are none there, listen to what NM said.
