Bonus Chapter

When was the bonus chapter about Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura trying to see Kakashi's face released? was it just in Jump, or was it included in a volume (if so, which one)?

it was called 'At The Ichiraku Ramen Bar' and i think it was just a special chapter, but i'm not sure which volume it came with.
Are you after to download it, or just want to sort it out?

If I remember right, It came with what Toriyama World calls "Naruto Fanbook", which is full of interviews, and extra stuff for fans (like a picture of entire Konohagakure no sato)
