Avatar screw up

ok, 2 things....

1) everytime u update teh profile page, it changes whatever ava u have to one of the forums defaults (like the doctor). isn't there a way to like disable those or something?

2) the ava page that was put up so we could upload customs avatars, it doesn't have any "ok" or "accept" button. in order to change ur avatar, u have to delete it, and upload it again.

it'd be nice if we could get the custom avatar thing on the profile page, and if thats not possible, then we need put some sort ot 'accept' button on the ava page

i'm not sure where the problem is... once you've uploaded your avatar from the main profiles page, it should display the avatar name.

ie. mine is gw_ava.gif, and it shows that there. even if i change anything in my profile it doesn't change my avatar...

oh, i think he's still using http://avatars.gotwoot.net? well you can change your avatar by clicking the profile button at the top and you should see something similiar to Mut@t@'s image. when you upload your icon it'll stay that icon whenever you update your profile. i didnt notice when they first made this change. im not sure if you've cleared this up yet because im posting this a little too late. since this is the suggestion forum, i'd suggest that gotwoot should remove avatars.gotwoot.net page.
