just says error on page when i try to put it on my profile

No animated avatars/sigs, and your avatar is too big

first off, this link (http://forums.gotwoot.net/messageview.cfm?catid=11&threadid=8753&highlight_k ey=y&keyword1=sig) will provide the info about how to upload your avatar.
You'll also notice that there's a rule against Animated sigs and also the max size of sigs is 400*80pixles.
