Very nice! Though they do all follow a trend. You might want to branch out, maybe get a bit more outrageous with transparency?

Brushing. Using nice abstract brushes from DeviantArt. They have some really great ones there. You should check it out.

Also using color balance layers really helps make your image shine ; ).

Oh and btw. You don't need too much practice ;o. It took me about 1 month to get this good. Just practice tutorials on various things.

yes, because NOBODY uses that technique -_-

my favorite one is the second from the last one with sasuke, because the whole layout compliments the mood of his expression in that shot.

a common flaw i see with alot of people's work is they tend to just take a random picture of a character that looks cool and a random picture of a background (or make one ::cough:: grunge) that looks cool, yet doesnt resemble the mood or personality of the character in any conceivable way.
