Watched the first episode of it, and thought it was pretty interesting. It reminded me a lot of Fushigi Yuugi with having a miko/priestess, seishi, and the 4 beast gods [Seiryuu, Suzaku, Byakko, Genbu] etc. Looking foreward to the next episode.

yeah this is haruka 8 right?... i've been waiting for this to come out.. it looks interesting... i browsed through the first episode, but i'll watch it later on

I've been wondering if i should watch the Haruka OVA before watching this... anyone knows?

yeah this is haruka 8. from watching the first episode of the tv series dosen't seem like you would have to watch an ova first before understanding it.

it is quite interesting.... i think the music is quite cool too.. can't wait to see how the story would go

ep 2 was pretty good.... like that Tenma is a pretty good fighter even before he went into that place..hopefully they will show what the others can do soon.

Bumping this moldy oldy back from a one and a half year sleep.

The anime is one long ass title
Harukanaru Toki no Naka de ~Hachiyoushou~ But lets just call it "Haruka 8"

Supposedly it's a shorter Fushigi Yuugi with better animation and excellent voice talent. Unfortunately I have also heard that the characters are pretty flat and static. Yet, for some reason C1anime have been working on it for sometime now.
