Naruto Movie playback

My naruto movie 2004 file just finally finsihed! it was 4.4gigs or something and it took 6 days to download it all.... but anyways, its file name is naruto.movie.2004.DVDr and it says its a IMG file. I dont know what to use to play it. I'v tried wmp (which runs practically everything by the way) and i had no luck with that. Should i burn it onto a dvd or something? please help, i really want to watch the movie!!! thanx a bunch.

Well, most likely you are going to have to burn it to a DVD. I would give you a Virual Image Tool, however the one I know doesn't support .img files. So, here is what you have to do to burn it on DVD. First, get a program called DVD Decrypter (http://www.dvddecrypter.com/index.php?act=download). This program will allow you to burn the image file onto a DVD, and it is also used to decrypt and rip DVDs too. Once you have downloaded and installed it, here is what you should do. Go to "Mode" and then go to "ISO." Make sure you are in "Write" mode, not "Read" mode. Then select the file you want, which would be the .img file you have. Then, choose the burner you wish to use, and then click the the picture with the hardrive to the DVD and it should start burning. Once you are done, just play it in a standard DVD player or your computer and it should work. Hope I could help.

EDIT: I found a way that you don't have to burn it to a DVD. It's a program called Alchohol 120% (http://www.alcohol-soft.com/). Its basically a CD/DVD emulation program which allows you to mount an image on a virtual hardrive and then play it back, as if you were putting a real CD/DVD in a physical drive (this one supports .img files). I myself haven't used it, but if you look at the guides and the support forums there, you should be able to do it.

...Naruto Movie 2004?..... is it the Movie of naurto or one of those specaisl DVD style eps. if it is, pm me on where u got the movie?

naruto movie huh? i coulda sworn i read somewhere that so far the naruto movie files that are available are all fake. apparently they're just pr0n that was renamed to naruto movie. anyhow if u do mangae to burn it & watch it, please confirm whether the file is really the movie or not though i doubt that the file is legit.

huh well i got both alcohol 120% and dvd decrypter now. I tried dvd decrypter first, i changed the mode to iso write and everything but then when i tried to load the file it said
"invalid or unsupported image file format" so that didnt work for some reason.... Then i tried alcohol 120% and it wouldnt do anything on there either. Im starting to wonder wth is on this 4.4 gig file lol... cause if its porn then dam cause thats a lot of pr0n....... and it doesnt seem to likely the naruto movie would be dumped in dvd format.

warning there's a lot of fake naruto movie files out there that have been confirmed to be just pr0n...and its not regular porn, just disgusting animal pr0n. i suggest you delete that and just forget about the naruto movie for now. i highly doubt that its real cuz more ppl would've known about it and confirmed it by now. maybe a real file may come out soon.
