With, Gotwoot currently having problems I can't seem to find anywhere to download Tenjou Tenge episodes. Any help would be greatly Appreciated.

You can also get episodes of Tenjou Tenge subbed AonE at SuprNova (http://www.suprnova.org). Also, you can get episodes subbed by Anime-Station/Shinsen-Subs from here (http://www.anime-station.org/torrents/). Hope I could help.

So far, I've found episodes 19-24 of Tenjou Tenge done by AonE, however I'm still missing ep. 17 & 18, so, if anyone knows where to get these 2 ep. it's greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Eh I'm also looking for the last 3 eps of this anime, but no sites seem to have it. Suprnova doesn't have it, and anime-station is down. Anywhere else know where i can get them?
