Andromeda 5th Season

I just watched the 5th season of Andromeda on the Sci Fi channel. I was wondering if anyone else say it and what they thought?

I have really dreaded watching the last 2 season of Andromeda. The dialogue and storyline was horrible. I was pleasantly surprised that the season premiere so far was better. I guess the Sci Fi channel used its powers to be to make it better, although some things were still dumb (the brainless extras on the set). I felt the dialogue was better, things were more cohesive, the villains a little more intelligent (not by a lot, though).

Oh yeah, and that guy in the end used KitKat's old quote, "There are three types of people in this world... Those who can count and those who can't." That was pretty cool.

I used to watch Andromeda when I was in highschool, when it first came out. It was ok at first, but since then the quality has gone downhill so much that I don't bother watching it anymore. Maybe I'll check out the new season. I can never watch it without being reminded of Hercules though.......

LOL It was really bad, I agree. The only way to see how bad a show is is to watch through the pain and hope that it gets better. I admit the last 2 seasons were horrible, but this one is showing promise, so far. i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif

EDIT: Oh yeah, Kitkat. It does remind me of Hercules all the time when I watch Kevin Sorbo. It will haunt him to his grave... i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif

he goes from being a mythical character to being a capt of a ship named after a mythical character. but yah, hercules. that's how i spend my saturdays long ago...watching hercules.

Hercules was a good show but andromeda sucks.
