i saw one episode and thought it sucked...

so 1 for story...

and people that have kept watching it i think it is because of the fanservice... so that should be high... like a 10

I saw about 2 or 3 episodes, and couldn't watch any further. Major fanservice, but extremely lame premise. I agree with Bud and give it a 2 for story line (since it had one, though not too great). Fanservice is probably a 9, since it does not show nudity... well, not the episodes I saw.
