You can get episodes of Shura No Toki from SuprNova (http://www.suprnova.org/). I'm not sure who subbed 1-12 but 13-15 are subbed by Mutsu. I couldn't find Jubei Chan 2 on Bittorrent but you probably can get them from Solar's irc channel (#solar.enterthegame.net). If Jubei Chan 2 is licensed, which i think it is, you will never find it in enterthegame.... your best luck is to go to the big channels in rizon and try to find the episodes there

how about episodes 16 and above of Shura no Toki? does anyone know where to download them?

for episodes 1 to 15, it has already been there (suprnova) since july if i'm not wrong. After that i can't seem to find any new episodes of it anymore.
