multi episode torrent

This isn't really a problem but a question. When I download a multiepisode torrent i also get a .afv file along with the episodes. I'm curious what that is, can anyone tell me?

Well, first of all, I think you mean an sfv file. Those are just texts files telling you what you downloaded and usually (if they are from DVD's), what the name of the DVD's they were from. Hope I could help.

I have got a problem involving this:

I am downloading the Naruto 1-10 files with bit torrent and at the end of the files it says .afv but my problem is there is no other files that go with it other than another .afv file. What i want to know is if anyone else have downloaded these torrents and made them work how did they do it?
