well, at first they told her to pick a laptop and the closest one to hers was like $1100, and then she would need to spend $350-400 on a service plan... after getting no help from anybody even the manager we found in the fine print where it said ''exchange or voucher equal to purchase" and we showed them and then they gave us $1400+.... and then she bought me a 22'' lcd : X ... and now we have a $1149 card and im going to buy a tv w\ it but a tv i found there is $300 less on amazon and bestbuy doesn't match internet retailers :(

I think these are Chinese SWAT, so they will only be deployed in really bad situations, which will limit the amount of time they have to spend in that uncomfortable pose. They should mount shields at the front of the segway, so it looks and works like a chariot.

This reminded me of one incident last summer when I was eating at a pizzeria with my brother, and there was an annoying wasp flying around all the time. Just when I had finished eating, the wasp landed on the table. The plates of that place happened to have a circular, continuous rim holding them enough millimeters off the table, so I placed my plate carefully on top of the wasp, leaving it trapped there. Then we left. I imagine the wasp might have become slightly angry by the time the plates were collected.

in this case, the joke is that all the bug-trainers (whom you could meet up to lvl30) were extremely easy to win and all had long lines about how strong they are.

I think that was just a joke about how Simon always use that line in Gurren Lagann when facing impossible odds, putting into pokemon context bug vs fire is a sure lost.

But yeah i do agree that the majority of VG comics rely on the reader knowing what they are referencing and even when the reader do get it, most are chuckle worthy at best.

The reference is to several things of gurren lagann, one being the kamina quote from ep1, the second is from the clip I posted, and the third one is pretty much the good guys motto in the series. But yeah they are used in context of beating impossible odds.
