I believe that you can find the torrents for Wild Arms: Twilight Venom, at SuprNova (http://www.suprnova.org/). It says that they are subbed by Anime-Sweden, however, I think that group just ripped them off the DVDs. From what the torrent name says, they are in japanese/english to my knowledge.
